As a best practice we strongly recommend you use the following software applications when connecting to our FTP servers.
Please avoid using either Firefox’s or any other browsers built in FTP application!
Below are the default settings for connecting to any FTP acount created on 83.
Server Address: ftp.83.io
User Namer: yourdomain.com
Password: accountpassword
